Sonic Boom! - Guile SF2
Knuckles - A neck-less character, now has even less neck... Let that sink in |
Meet the new look of Sonic's team. Lets take a moment here and look...
Sonic Boom is a new beginning for the 20+ year old former mascot. A brand new CG TV show, comic series and more all spinning out of a new Wii U/3DS game (the 3rd of the exclusive Nintendo Sonic games). Set in an all new universe and seems to be an attempt to lure kids (creepy) into Sonic as they did when we was kids (double creepy) with the Classic Sonic cartoon (I'm Waiting...)
The Wii U version is being developed by "Big Red Button Entertainment" former Naughty-dog developers, whose credits include Uncharted, Jak & Daxter and Crash Bandicoot. The footage so far seems to suggest (4 player) co-op. The 3DS version is being head up by Sanzaru Games who (i have never hear of) mad a Sly Raccoon game. So a fair amount of platforming and action experience for the New Series
ALSO... Sonic Lost World hit 640,000 sales world wide, which isn't shabby considering the minor kicking the Critics gave it. Whilst i didn't fall in love with Lost World it was better than 90% of Sonic games since the Sonic Adventure 2 Battle / DX on GameCube
